Do you enjoy solving technical problems, mentoring others, and working across modern Microsoft environments rather than spending your day resetting passwords?
We're working with a growing Managed Service Provider in Bristol that is investing heavily in its technical capability and looking for a Senior Service Desk Engineer to join the team.
This is an opportunity to become a key escalation point within a business that values technical expertise, customer service, and continuous improvement. You'll work with a broad range of clients and technologies, helping to deliver high-quality support while playing an active role in projects and service improvement initiatives.
What You'll Be Doing
- Acting as a senior escalation point for complex technical issues.
- Supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 environments.
- Managing and resolving issues across Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, and SharePoint.
- Supporting Windows Server and networking environments.
- Assisting with cloud migrations and infrastructure projects.
- Working closely with customers to provide a first-class support experience.
- Contributing to documentation, processes, and service improvements.
- Mentoring junior engineers and sharing technical knowledge across the team.
What We're Looking For
We're keen to speak with engineers who have experience within an MSP or IT services environment and are comfortable working across multiple customer environments.
You'll ideally have experience with:
- Microsoft 365 Administration
- Exchange Online
- Microsoft Intune
- Entra ID (Azure Active Directory)
- SharePoint Online
- Azure
- Windows Server
- Active Directory
- Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
- Endpoint security and device management
