About the Role
Azure Cloud Engineer | MSP Environment | Edinburgh Central
We’re working with a growing Managed Service Provider in Edinburgh looking to hire an experienced Azure Cloud Engineer to support and deliver modern cloud solutions across a varied client base.
This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys working across multiple environments, solving technical problems end to end, and playing a visible role in cloud transformation projects rather than sitting in a siloed internal IT function.
The Role
You’ll be working across:
- Azure infrastructure deployments and support
- M365 and modern workplace technologies
- Client cloud migrations and optimisation projects
- Escalations from support and project teams
- Security, backup and disaster recovery solutions
- Automation and continuous improvement initiatives
The environment is fast-paced, technically varied, and suited to someone who enjoys ownership and client interaction.
Tech Environment
You’ll ideally have experience with:
- Microsoft Azure
- Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
- Microsoft 365
- Entra ID / Azure AD
- Intune
- Windows Server
- Networking fundamentals
- Backup & DR technologies
- PowerShell automation
Experience within an MSP or consultancy environment is highly desirable.
