This role exists because the business is growing and onboarding new clients, Why this role is different This isn’t a narrow, ticket only service desk role. You’ll be trusted with end-to-end ownership of issues across a modern Microsoft environment, with real exposure to Azure, security, and higher-level troubleshooting, not just password resets and laptop builds (though those are part of the mix).
